Ivy Phillips is a Licensed Massage Therapist who practices bodywork and healing. She works with chronic and acute pain through alignment-focused stretching, nervous system regulation, and deep contact.
Farming vegetables in Sequim-Dungeness Valley for 10 years, Ivy fell in love with moving her body. And, she created injury by sacrificing herself to the work….not because she was asked, but because she didn’t know any better. Numb hands, a hijacked nervous system, and chronic back pain inspired her to take responsibility for her physicality.
Ivy graduated from the Port Townsend School of Massage. She studied Thai Massage in Thailand in November, 2022. She studied NIASZII (pronounced ni-a-zee-eye) healing and bodywork at wildernessFusion in Asheville North Carolina for 7 years, where she now teaches bodywork classes.
She is booking new clients who want to create connection and awareness in their bodies.
