Swedish Massage– This is a type of massage that involves using firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, and improve circulation. It is typically applied with long flowing strokes, kneading, and circular movements on the muscles. Swedish massage is known for its benefits and can help reduce stress, increase flexibility, and promote overall well-being. (50-90 min)

Acupressure- This is a traditional Chinese healing practice that involves applying pressure to specific points on the body using fingers and palms. These pressure points are connected to the body’s energy pathways, known as meridians, and by stimulating them, acupressure promotes relaxation, balances energy flow, and alleviates various symptoms or health issues. (Typically, 1 hour and 15 min but the first appointment could be up to 2 hours.)

Reiki- Is a form of alternative therapy that originated in Japan. It involves a practitioner who places their hands lightly on or just above a person’s body while transferring healing, loving energy to the recipient. This energy can help promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support physical and emotional healing.  45 -60 min

Chakra Balancing- Chakras are spinning wheels of energy located along the spine, with each chakra corresponding to the individual’s different physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects. Chakra balancing harmonizes the flow of energy within the Chakras to promote overall well-being and balance. 30 min

Hypnotherapy- Using deep relaxation, guided imagery, and suggestions to help clients make positive changes in their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Helping clients achieve their goals and overcome challenges. (Except QHHT) It depends on treatment but usually 90 -120 min

My prices are $70 an hour. However, first-time new clients receive 20% off on their first appointment. Payment is due at the time of service.
